Abstract Guidelines
Please read the guidelines carefully before proceeding with Abstract
- Title font size– 12pt
- Author font size– 11pt, the presenting author’s name should be first
- Text to be type, written in black, using time roman font– 10pt, single space.
- Number of words should not exceed 300.
- Registration is mandatory for abstract submission.
- Space provided for poster presentation will be 4ft x 3ft.(height x width)
- The presenting author should be registered for the conference.
- SAMANVAY FOGSI VICE PRESIDENT CONFERENCE 2026 will not consider the abstracts sent by post
- In both the groups, there will be awards for 1st , 2nd & 3rd position

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Do not send paper/ poster already presented/ published in a conference
- Abstracts should be submitted online at respective e-mail provided.
- Avoid the use of tables, graphs, images or references in the abstract
- Abstracts cannot be modified after final submission.
- Poster will be an e-Poster, to be made on one slide ppt
- Abstracts without results will not be accepted.
- The presenting author (listed as First author) must be registered for the conference. The presenting author
should ensure all co-authors are aware of the content
and agree with the submission of the abstract for the
conference. Those who have opted for online presentation for paper/poster/will not be allowed to present physically in the conference. Those who have opted for physical presentation but due to some reason if are unable to present physically will be allowed to present online but no refund will be made.

All abstract in 250 words for Research Work should be structured as:
- Introduction Aims & Objectives
- Material & Methods
- Results
- Conclusions

Abstract for Case Report/Poster/Video in 250 words should be structured as:
- Introduction
- Summary
- Importance (Case report to be sent ONLY for poster presentation. It will NOT be accepted for paper presentation.)
Last Date to Submit Your Abstract is 1st April. 2026. Submit your Research on time
