- Only original, unpublished work not presented anywhere will be accepted.
- Must have registered in FOGSI National Vice President's Conference 2026 βSamanvayβ

Instructions
Important
- The abstract should not be more than 300 words, which should be typed in the box provided on the online abstract submission page excluding the Title.
- Author font size - 11pt, the presenting author's name should be first.
- Title font size - 12pt and bold.
- Text to be type, written in black, using time roman font - 10pt, single space
- Registration is mandatory for abstract submission. There will not be any refund of registration if abstract is not accepted.
- The presenting author should be registered for the conference.
- SAMANVAY FOGSI VICE PRESIDENT CONFERENCE 2026 will not consider the abstracts sent by post.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- All abstracts must be submitted through the official conference website:- www.fogsivpcon2026.com
- One person cannot submit more than three abstracts.
- Do not send paper/ poster already presented/ published in a conference.
- Avoid the use of tables, graphs, images or references in the abstract
- Abstracts cannot be modified after final submission.
- Abstracts without results will not be accepted.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate session time, change the presentation type, and accept or reject any abstract.
- The presenting author (listed as First author) must be registered for the conference. The presenting author should ensure all co-authors are aware of the contents and agree with the submission of the abstract for the conference.

Oral Presentation Guidelines
- The presentation should be made as PowerPoint (preferably .pptx).
- Each hall is equipped with a laptop and a projector. Usage of own laptops or other devices will not be permitted.
- At the time of loading please verify and ensure that your videos are working.
- Please note maximum number of slides for free communication must be 10 only
- All presenters should declare their conflicts of interest at the beginning of presentation.
- All participants are requested to stick to the allotted time.
- All presenters are requested to load their presentations at least 1/2 hours before their presentation time.
- No changes will be allowed to be made to the presentations at the last hour.
- Presentations will be accepted only from pen drive and cannot be connected from mobiles or the internet
- All presenters are expected to in the scheduled hall 30 minutes before presentation. If the presenter is absent at their turn, no further chance will be given.
- The file format should be PowerPoint (PPT) and must be prepared on a single slide.
- Screen aspect ratio should be 16:9.
- No Animation/ Sounds will be supported.
