📌 Registration Guidelines
Important
  • Provide your updated email ID and mobile number, as it will be used for all conference-related communication.
  • Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates and accompanying persons.
  • All remittance / bank charges / online transaction fees shall be borne by the delegate. An additional 3% will be charged for card/online payments.
  • For spot registrations, payment will be accepted only via cash / card / UPI. Delegate kit distribution will be subject to availability.
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • Please ensure you wear the registration badge (Bar/QR coded) within the conference area at all times.
  • Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration.
  • Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Online registration will be closed on 30th April 2026. Further registration will start at the conference venue as “Spot Registration” category only.
  • It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo ID (government approved) for smooth onsite registration procedure.
  • For any change in registration slab subsequently, same will be updated on the website and shall be effective w.e.f revision date.
  • Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.
  • Accompanying delegate registration is mandatory.
  • FOGSI members above 75 years at the time of registration (Senior citizen) are requested to contact conference secretariat for their registration. Email: samanvayvpcon@gmail.com
💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Read carefully
  • Cancellation can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat, clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email must be sent from the registered email address.
  • 50% of registration amount will be deducted if cancellation is received before 20th January 2026.
  • 75% of registration amount will be deducted if cancellation is received before 28th February 2026.
  • No refunds shall be done after 1st April 2026.
  • Refund will be processed one month after completion of the conference.
  • The official date of the cancellation request will be determined by the time stamp on the email.
